Origami’s Residential Program provides individualized support in a post-acute, licensed adult foster care setting on a scenic 35-acre campus in Mason, Michigan, with walking trails. We offer respite, short-term rehab, and long-term care through three tracks: Neuro-Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, and Semi-Independent Living. An engaging recreational therapy experience features community outings, events, and other activities to support overall well-being and social connection.

Short-Term Rehabilitation

Through focused, intensive therapy and goal-driven care, short-term rehabilitation helps clients achieve meaningful progress and prepares them for a safe discharge, laying the groundwork for long-term success and independence.

Long-Term Support

Clients with long term support needs will have a program that emphasizes necessary care to maintain the individual’s maximum functioning level, quality of life, participation in productive activities, and community access with close collaboration of support systems.

Other Neurological Support

Origami specializes in neurological rehabilitation. Diagnoses may include but are not limited to, cerebral palsy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, neurological deficits stemming from aneurysm, seizure, and/or tumor, neuromuscular disease, Parkinson's Disease, post-concussion syndrome, spinal cord injury, stroke, or traumatic brain injury.
