Tammy Hannah holds the position of President and CEO at Origami Rehabilitation. Her journey with Origami began in 2000 as an occupational therapist, and she swiftly ascended to an executive leadership role by 2004. Tammy is an alumnus of Saginaw Valley State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, and of Michigan State University, where she earned her MBA.

With over two decades of experience in progressive leadership roles in the field of rehabilitation, Tammy is a committed servant leader and professional in human services. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes the importance of process, accountability, and performance, gauging her success by the achievements of others. Tammy brings more than 15 years of experience as an international surveyor in Medical Rehabilitation for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Dedicated to disability advocacy throughout her career, Tammy is fervently committed to fostering opportunities for individuals facing challenges in achieving self-sufficiency and meaningful engagement in society.
