Anna Score, LMSW-Clinical
As a therapist, I come alongside each client as they navigate the challenges of life and mental health. Clients can expect that I will celebrate their big and small wins and hold a compassionate and healing space during their losses. Clients would describe me as genuine, kind, and a little humorous. I meet online and in person with mainly adolescents, adults, and children on occasion.
I became a mental health therapist after completing my Bachelor’s in Social Work at Calvin University and my Master’s in Social Work at Fordham University. I have worked as a school-based clinician at a local high school, working with students facing PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational issues, depression, and trauma. I was trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solutions-Focused modalities, which have equipped me to address trauma and help clients find healing on a deep and lasting level. I am also a Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer trained in CAMS (Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidality).
