Care Coordination 

Origami's Care Coordinators ensure that required services and resources are available to meet the client's needs. The Care Coordinator informs the client's insurance company or case manager of progress, helps plan each stage of rehabilitation, talks with clients about personal and/or family concerns, schedules family training and therapy, and serves as a family’s main point of contact.

Mental Health Services

Our mental health therapists are here to support and provide helpful resources to children, adolescents, adults, and their support systems. Our team offers individual and family counseling, via in-person or telehealth sessions.

We have a team of expert mental health therapists who possess a variety of specialty service trainings. They assist with identifying necessary services and establishing a medication routine if necessary.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy is an essential part of the rehabilitation process. At Origami, our occupational therapists promote health and recovery following an injury or disability through the therapeutic use of daily activities in a calming, homelike environment.

Our certified and specialized occupational therapy team is trained to address cognition, mobility, vision, physical function, community, and home access. Treatment plans address a variety of symptoms and needs in order to regain independence and reach your individual goals.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is an essential part of the rehabilitation process. At Origami, our physical therapists work with our clients to achieve independence and reach their rehabilitation goals through individualized exercise and therapy plans.

Our team of certified physical therapists are specially trained to address movement, balance, muscle strength, range of motion, and pain. Treatment plans address various symptoms in order to help our clients reach their rehabilitation goals and gain independence following a neurological, developmental, or orthopedic condition.

Speech-Language Pathology

Communication plays an integral role in all of our lives. At Origami, our speech-language pathologists work to prevent, assess, and treat speech, social communication, cognition, language, and swallowing disorders.

Our speech-language pathologists are specially trained to address a variety of communication, cognition, and swallowing symptoms and help enhance daily skills and independence.

We know connection is an important part of the recovery journey, which is why we offer a variety of group therapies as well as 1:1 services to meet the needs of our clients.

Therapeutic Recreation

Origami offers several different clinical and recreational group therapy opportunities for clients deemed clinically appropriate by their physician and/or treatment team.

Clinically focused groups focus on education, peer support, and evidence-based curriculums connected to individual treatment goals.

Vocational Services

A common goal for many of our clients is to successfully integrate back into the community in the form of employment, school, training and volunteering. We offer services to help clients meet vocational and pre-vocational goals.

Our vocational services address all aspects of successfully returning to productive activity. We work on job skills, interests, and identifying strategies and reasonable accommodations.
